He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. He is known to express sadness, joy, anger and such, but his face remains in the same expression at all times.ĭespite his current villainous status and position of authority, Gimansha is a surprisingly polite, soft-spoken intellectual, often addressing his subordinates by their given names or ranks. During kage business he also wears the traditional Mizukage hat. He wears a black shinobi vest with blue trimmings and the traditional kage robes, also with blue trimmings.
Every plow they sell gets sent with a bible which made customers uncomfortable too.īottom line is management lacks the knowledge and experience on how to move the company forward. He is a fit and charming young man with short blueish black hair and black eyes. Their religious beliefs were imposed upon the entire staff which made many feel uncomfortable. I’ve learned that since I left the company, many employees quit, both in the front office and out in the shop floor. I was repeatedly reminded that their trust in me needed to be earned but I never felt that I could trust them and my desire to work their continued to erode because of it. They have a list of core values, one of which was TRUST. Management has the mentality that they know it all and will hear your suggestions but not upon them. Vacation is not allowed during the fall and winter months as they feel it’s their “busy” season.
I left simply because management was inexperienced and very insensitive to employees’ lives outside of work.īenefits were horrible and in some cases held as ransom to get the employee to do more work. During the recent COVID events management took extra steps to keep everyone employed and safe all while - more. Everyone is human and not able to live up to these values’ day in and day out, but there is an effort to lead by example. But, Kage is adamant and uses their "Core Values" as the foundation and building blocks whenever possible: interviewing, employee reviews, quarterly company meetings, etc. And then these other companies would start from "zero" to attempt to build a positive culture.
I have worked with many companies in the past that have gone business as normal from day one never putting a focus or emphasis on workplace culture. If you can't strive regularly to give your best effort it will be "weeded out" Expectations are high, but the expectation is to deliver the best product, the best customers service, and overall strive for the best.
Management makes a strong effort to do the right thing and lead by example. This should be expected in a growing company as multiple people are making an effort to achieve company goals and deliver a quality product to its customers. If it is the busy season your days can be as long as 12 hours plus. If salaried 45-50 hours is expected in a slow season work week. On the production and management side of the company you can expect to put in some long days, weeks. All employers have their ups and downs, bests and worsts I feel when you leave a review it takes self-reflection to remember the positives, not just the negatives, and try to give an balanced review of something.
